A 10-Week Practice of Returning to Yourself
What it is
The Presence Process, created by Michael Brown, is a ten-week self guided experience designed to reconnect us with our truest self and to the present moment.
Through daily conscious breathing, emotional awareness, and weekly reflection, we learn to meet life as it unfolds not through reaction, but through presence.
This is not therapy and not another mindset program.
It’s a direct, embodied process of integration, a way of clearing emotional residue from the past so we can live with more calm, connection, and choice.
How It Works
You move through the journey on your own while supported by an intimate community of others who are doing the process alongside you.
The Process:

- Read the first 100 pages intro to The Presence Process
- Two 15-minute daily breathing sessions (morning and evening)
- Weekly short readings from The Presence Process by Michael Brown book
What We Offer:
-Join a whatsapp group with others doing the process alongside you
- A daily check-in for gentle accountability
- A weekly group call (on Zoom) to share, reflect, and receive guidance
The first meeting takes place before the practice officially begins to set intentions and learn the breathing rhythm.

Less reactivity and more calm during challenges
Old emotional patterns surfacing and gently resolving
A deeper connection with yourself and others
The ability to be present, even in discomfort
