Introduction

An evening for men and women to release, recharge, and reconnect through guided breathwork. Cultivate clarity, resilience, and inner balance in a supportive environment.

What to Expect:

Experience the collective energy of a group journey through meditation and guided breathwork. Explore practices that ease stress, deepen presence, and support emotional well-being.

We offer a supportive space, with care and hands-on support throughout the breathwork segment.

Our approach is about building lasting presence, well-being, and loving kindness.

This group is open to anyone who wants to breath and learn the ways of self care, self exploration and self love.

Questions, answered.

  • Individuals who are ready to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and with others. No prior experience needed.

  • No experience is necessary. Our sessions are open to everyone, from beginners to those with a deep meditation and breathwork practice.

  • Around 2 hours.

    We start with a short group welcome, a clear introduction, and space for questions. Then we drop into the guided meditation and breathwork journey.

    We close the evening with time to share, integrate, and receive guidance. The timing may extend slightly depending on the group’s energy and needs.

  • Just come as you are.

    Bring a yoga mat and blanket, a water bottle, pen, notebook and a light snack (chocolate/nuts) for after breathwork is also helpful.

    Comfortable clothing is recommended,

  • We crafted a unique combination of Pranayama and holotropic breathwork. Our approach is to simplify the technicals so we can find our own inner rhythm.

    This is a guided, active breathwork journey done lying down. Guided with words, music, intention, and space to process what comes up.

    It’s not a performance or a technique to perfect. It’s a practice of presence.

  • Yes. Motty and Joel hold the space with care, gentleness, grounded, hands-on support throughout the breathwork.

  • No. We don’t offer refunds for this event.

  • The event will take place in Chamblee area.

    The exact address will be sent within 8 hours of the event. It will be in a private, comfortable space.

  • Eating: Avoid a full meal 2 hours before the session. A light snack is okay.

    Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Avoid alcohol and stimulants (like coffee or energy drinks) for at least 4 hours before.

    Substances: This session is fully substance-free. Please do not bring or consume any drugs, alcohol, or medicinal plants/psychedelics.

  • Generally it is not suitable during pregnancy. If you have a Dr’s guidance that it is suitable for you please reach out to us so we can further discuss.
